We are a small, woman owned business operating in the Denver Metro area. With over 8 years of experience, we strive to provide top standards in project management and concrete services to homeowners. Our prior commercial experience has allowed us to refine and tailor our concrete services to your residential needs. We believe it’s imperative to maintain a high level of communication from as early as the site-visit to ensure that we understand and meet your needs. This includes offering design assistance whether it’s to better understand the final product, or working with HOA for approval. OUR CONCRETE SERVICES
Stamped Concrete
Stamped concrete opens up limitless possibilities to your concrete project. This concrete finishing technique allows you to select from a range of various colors and stamp patterns to either mimic natural stone, pavers, or even wood slats.
Decorative Concrete
Decorative concrete provides another alternative when you are looking for something other than the traditional grey concrete. This technique involves adding integral color pigments to the concrete. After a clear sealer, the durability and color vibrancy stays over time.
Sidewalks
Replacing sidewalks is a great way to improve the aesthetic of your home and/business along with eliminating any tripping hazards that soil movement or cracking may have caused over time.
Patios, and Stairs
In addition, our services include either removal and replacement or install of new patios and stairs that meets your needs. This may be either to improve the condition of existing features, or adding new exterior patio space to enjoy those summer BBQs!
Structural Concrete
For those looking to install an extension to a home or build out a new garage, we can provide the structural foundations as needed. These can include footers, stem walls, and thickened edges.
Commercial Projects
Our capabilities include work within the commercial, public and federal sector for any concrete flatwork or structural needs. We work with a diverse variety of clients including private developers, City and County of Denver, City of Centennial, and General Services Administration.
CONCRETE RESURFACING & RESTORATION
- Stamped Concrete Reseal – This service includes installing a new layer of clear gloss sealer (either low or high gloss) to bring back the color vibrancy of existing stamped patios.
- Stamped Overlay – This technique is a quick and more cost effective way to upgrade the finish of existing concrete. If the existing concrete is structurally sound, a stamped overlay can be installed to mimic what a new stamped patio would look like.
- Cement Overlay – Same as the stamped overlay process, this technique uses traditional grey cement to fill in any degrading surfaces in your concrete.
